Problem
Cielo Coffee needed a way to better understand and cater to their customers' individual coffee preferences. The challenge was to integrate a personalized design quiz into their website to capture these preferences while maintaining a fresh and vibrant user interface that reflected their existing physical packaging. Additionally, the ordering process needed to be streamlined for both one-time purchases and subscriptions to enhance the overall user experience.
Solution
We leveraged the color palette of Cielo Coffee’s existing physical packaging and adapted it into the website UI, creating fresh and vibrant overtones. From a UX perspective, we developed an intuitive quiz designed to identify individual coffee preferences. This personalized approach ensured that customers received recommendations tailored to their taste. By combining a vibrant design with personalized functionality, we enhanced the user experience and strengthened Cielo Coffee’s brand presence.
